Another design of a Recirculating Aquaculture System for shrimp farming including a hatchery!

As already described in one of our last news entries, shrimps, especially the White Tiger shrimp are particularly suitable for breeding in closed Recirculating Aquaculture Systems. This is not only our opinion, because today we received another planning order for a Shrimp Recirculating Aquaculture System. This system can also produce approx. 3,000 tons per year in the final stage of expansion. The fingerlings for this system, called postlarvae for shrimp, are produced in our own hatchery, which is also planned by us.
While the parts of the Hatchery are built as classical Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS), the systems for the rearing are so called Biofloc systems.
